sell my house

house is sold. move in 18 days. So glad this is over, it was hugely stressful. Am looking forward to getting to the new house and just feeling relaxed.

had a verbal “sale going to unconditional” phone call today. Passed the building and pest inspection and valuation by bank was approved. yahhhhhhh I am so exhausted from this process its hard to get very excited anymore. 24 days til we move to the new place…

had the inspection on my house done yesterday by the worlds most negative inspector, really really want this to go through despite his comments.

have a contract on the house but I won’t feel safe til it is past the building and pest inspection and unconditional. Was nice to have a weekend that didn’t involve keeping the place pristine each hour.

well yesterdays contract fell over like humpty dumpty and it had barely got on the wall. Felt sad for a bit, revitalised sale plan and today I have had another inspection and also a separate verbal offer. Sadly I rejected the verbal offer as its way too low but they may rise to the occasion….. wait and see.

Well it feels like hundreds of people have tromped through my house over the last 7 weeks or so…. but today I accepted an offer on the house and it looks like we have a deal. Its subject to building and pest inspection but that should go ok. Its for a little less than I hoped but I have adjusted my expectations and will be happy with this as it still gets me where I want to go.

the couple close to contracting are just waiting for their house sale to go unconditional then are putting in an offer. Another woman is has had 2 inspections, has her money approved and wants to get a building and pest inspection then put in an offer, although she thinks its a bit expensive. Well she will get a shock if she thinks I will drop more than $4000-5000 off the price. the Agent and I know its not too expensive. Am getting sick to death of inspections – another lined up for tomorrow but have to soldier on if I want to sell it. Hurry up and buy someone!

had a call from agent today. There is a couple that have already looked at the house that are very very close to putting a contract on my house!!! Yahhhh

Had a couple look thru after work. They seemed keen, stayed over half an hour. Stood in the drive talking to the agent for ages at the end. I did some manifestation visualising last night about the house being sold. Saw the sold sticker, boxes being packed up and a clearing out of unwanted possessions. This must happen soon, I am having trouble sleeping and having to be at work at crazy times in the morning to make up the time I am taking off. Call me a zombie this morning.

just showed another guy thru the house. He is looking at subdividing block. Soooooooooo want one of these people to just buy the place and have a SOLD sticker plastered across my sign….
