Went to this event last night, saw 5 comedians in a two hour show. Was a good laugh.

have plans to go see this at Caloundra in May. Might try to gather a few people to go as a group.
Went out on Saturday and played some games with some friends. I had a few strikes and spares so I was pleased enough!
there are less that 20 drive-in theatres left in Australia and we went to the Wonga Drive-in on Saturday night. Its about 35klms west of Gympie and is literally out in the middle of nowhere. Had a great time, watched National Treasure.
yesterday we visited a gallery at Kenilworth which has the most amazing paintings by a local artist. They were works depicting the areas wrens in natural settings of foliage. They were extremely lifelike to the point of almost appearing photographic. They were of course hugely expensive but for once I thought the art I was viewing worth the attached price tag!
Last night I ventured to Brissie with Tracy and we went to the Lyric theatre to see the live show of Spicks & Specks with Adam Hills, Myff Warhurst and Alan Brough. It was great, full of laughs and audience participation. Favorite moment – Alan dancing ballet and Myff playing awful eighties love song on piano to accompany him, the Bohemian Rhapsody song and the thriller video enactment at the end.
Go to galleries, museums, live music events, see shows, performances, festivals etc. I will actively seek out opportunities to attend things like this to expand my horizons and up my enjoyment levels in life.
