I have finished my photo projects and placed an order Saturday night! It took me a bit longer than I thought it would, but I was very happy with the way each project turned out. Now I just need to decide if I’m buying Christmas cards or making them and pick up a few small things and I’m done! :-)
While going through my photos for this goal I have been encouraged to do a bit more ‘creative’ non-nature type photography, I am going to open my mind a bit more and think outside the box and set up time to do some ‘outside my usual box’ photography. I still love doing nature photography and taking photos of friends and family, I will ALWAYS do that and I’m sure those topics will be the majority of my photo inventory, but I want to do a few out of the ordinary sessions as well. I want to mainly look at ordinary objects in not so ordinary ways…close ups, different angles, etc. Just for me or as fun gifts that I might frame later, etc.
This is one photo I took last year, but find it fun and something that normally would not have caught my eye…I want to do more of this, to expand my personal learning and open my mind a bit more through photography, something I love doing and want to learn more about! :)...maybe I should make this a new goal. :)
I have started doing this. I still have a lot of photos to go through, but I have started a few projects. I still have some photos I want to take this year and include in some projects. I am taking my nephew and niece out for their birthdays and I have to include those photos! And I want to photograph them and the youngest niece in their Halloween costumes.
And my sister and I are planning a day getaway since we missed the local renaissance fair (first time in 10 years of us not going!!!) because we both were sick. :-( SO I want to make sure to include some photos of us on are day long adventure somewhere (SOOON!)
This project is started though and I’m very happy about that! :-)
