watch more black and white classic movies (pre-1950)

Well…I have been watching more black and white movies this week and it made me think of this goal I made so long ago! I love old movies tonight I watched part of one (two girls and a sailor) and it was adorable. I love the costumes and simple filming. :-)

I remember a few years ago watching auntie mame and loving it. I loved the filming and acting.

Last night I turned the tv to the TMC channel and watched Mr. Skeffington, starring bette davis. It was amazing. Movies today just do not capture that passion or film style…not sure if a film could capture that today. I want to try and watch an old movie at least once a week. It’s amazing to watch a movie that older than my mother and to think of a time when my grandmother would have been a young woman….if I could travel back I would be in the 30’s and 40’s in a second.
