it’s a good thing that dental floss is so cheap, considering the length of floss you get…. but REALLY! I am SO ready to mark this goal off, but I haven’t gotten through a whole spool yet.
Problem is I have 2 spools, and it seems I am only able to find one at a time. Therefore I end up alternating between them. Therefore it will probably take a good 6 months to finish both spools. That’s kind of disheartening.
:-( This goal’s never going to get ‘completed’ according to my criteria in the last entry.

so I am marking this off as done as soon… as I manage to get through one whole spool of dental floss. (Which will probably take forever – I think there’s around 10km on one spool… or it seems like it anyway.)

Have been doing this several times a week. Not every day yet, but I know that even flossing SOMETIMES is better for my poor little teeth than not doing it.
Progress!

I didn’t floss at all during my 3 week summer vacation. Well, maybe twice. And so when I got back, I just forgot for another few weeks.
10,000 demerits for me!
But all this past week I have been flossing pretty consistently. I hope to keep it up.
My current sub-goal is to use up all the floss I have in the house at present (2 spools I think) so that I will have to go buy more. That way I can make flossing a measureable achievement, sort of.

Fell off the wagon a bit over the weekend – hard to remember to floss when you don’t sleep all night, ha ha. Hard to remember ANYTHING the next day, too! Tee hee.
I’m doing really well on the “moisturize” goal, but flossing… less spectacular. Will carry on, though!

This is going well so far, but that’s easy to say because I just added it 2 days ago :-D
Rumour has it that it takes 21 days to acquire a new habit, so I’ve still got 19 days to go!
