See Cirque du Soleil

I really enjoyed it, and would go again.

Apparently Corteo isn’t one of the more spectacular shows, costume-wise, but it was still very cool, and since it was my first show – I can still look forward to being ‘wow’ed by the more outrageous costumes of the next one that comes to town.

Through various hints (really very vague hints like “So which day do you want me to buy the Sun Circus tickets for? Afternoon or evening show?”) I suspect that I will be getting some tickets to Cirque du Soleil for valentines day.

It’ll be here June 12, which is a Thursday – but I couldn’t tell how long it’ll be here (maybe a month?).

The tickets are kind of expensive, so I’m not going to buy any quite yet.

but I think the show will hit Vancouver in June.

In the meantime, we are going to the opera mid-November, which will be very cool.

is coming to Vancouver late next spring. My boyfriend is even excited to go! (gee, how’d I ever find a boyfriend who’s all masculine and gruff, yet likes fine dining and theatre?! LUCKY!!!)

Has anyone seen that one yet?
