This language seems to pop up regularly in my life. I’ve studied it for a decade in school, found myself in the country for a couple times, and now it seems just when I got back to studying bakery and confectionary, German just so happens to be the language that the most prestigious books on confections are written on… I’ll actually need to re-learn the language more than want, but that’s not a bad requirement to have.
I’ve learned several more languages since last reading German, so the big problem is words from random languages come naturally into the sentences when I try to remember how to say this or that in German…
