spend more time with my friends

i wish i lived on a commune. i love seeing my friends for social events, but what i really want are people to hang out with while we do our work and whatever else needs to get done.

i’ve been going to lots of festivals recently, where it’s easy to hang out and socialize. ah, summer.
also, we recently had a friend move in as a new housemate, which i always love.

went to three nice community building events this week. plus random hanging out with cool people. a good start to this goal, i think…

the best thing about my friends is they all do such cool stuff. if i spent more time with them i could do all kinds of collaboration, learn about more things that are going on, and get support for a lot of the stuff i do by myself. i want to try to make some regularly scheduled groups for things some of my friends like to do.
