I managed to get up when my alarm went off this morning! Now if I can just do that every day.
No idea what was different about this morning, though, so how can I repeat it? I usually don’t even hear the alarm.

I managed to get up when my alarm went off this morning! Now if I can just do that every day.
No idea what was different about this morning, though, so how can I repeat it? I usually don’t even hear the alarm.
I’ve been going to bed earlier and still having a hell of time getting up. No matter how loud the alarm clock, or how far away I put it from my bed, I don’t wake up. :(
I’m really struggling with this one. Lately I haven’t even been hearing the alarm, so the snooze button isn’t even the problem. I’ll wake up an hour or two after the alarm and not remember that it ever went off (and yes, I double-check the clock to see that the alarm was really set for the right time, and a.m. instead of p.m.). It’s so frustrating! Unlike the snooze button problem, this isn’t a problem where I can just summon up the willpower and stop doing it. I have normal hearing, so why am I not hearing the alarm at all?
Doing much better with this. I’ve only used the snooze button twice this week, and I’m finding it easier to wake up in the mornings.
