need to do something better

Recently, I joined a bunch of other moms in the area and we got together for a Project Linus thing. We made blankets which were then donated to those in need. Though I feel like I should do something more hands on and less “away” from what I am actually volunteering to do. I really want to be sure that when my daughter is older, we do things together so she understands giving to the community and to help her understand how fortunate we really are.
