gain control of my emotions

I have been a complete roller coaster and can not deal with this heart ache. I feel like I need to just stay in bed for two weeks. I am sick, headachy. I am horrible. Nice, then mean. I can not live with this.

I thought I had a hard time with control, then I realized that my boyfriends ex wife is only pregnant a few months now and she was sexually assaulted. So, no wonder why I was feeling like something was off. Something is way off and my boyfriend is trying to make sure the pieces don’t crumble to much in his children’s lives.

I did bite my tongue today and when I wanted to like scream out and get emotional, I didn’t. I just thought through and did not snap.
