I am on here and just now realized how long it has been since i have been on here. I tend to flock to this site when i am exausted with things in my life and well right now I am, exausted. This too shall pass. Yes, I know.

I have a pair of super sexy black heels that I wore to work today. They are really hurting my feet!

I am very tired of people being rude to me for no reason. Prime example, Tuesday my son and I went to dinner. There where 2 teenage girls and a guy paying in front of us at the counter. Well, they walked out and I noticed one of the girls wallets laying there wide open, with money and credit cards falling out of it. All the people at the counter just kept eyeing her wallet, I yelled Miss you left you wallet, as she was walking out the door. She came back and as she grabbed her wallet she rolled her eyes back in her head and the flung her hair in my face! And she did not even say THANK YOU!!! That really made me mad. I tried to do something nice for a stranger and on top of getting NO thank you, she acted like it was my fault. It just amazes me how people act. How it seems that no one has even the smallest regard for any act of kindness. Then people call into work and want you to do something for them but they speak to you in such a rude manor. You hold the door open for a mother pusing a stroller and she acts like that is what you where supposed to do and can not even say thank you! I hate where this country is going. Parents teach you children manners!! Adults act like you have manners! Quit treating random people like crap! Try to put a smile on you face as someone walks by you! Say THANK YOU is someone finds your wallet!!! Hold the door up for someone! And in return if someone does something nice for you i.e. holding the door open, smiling at you. Well SMILE back! Say THANK YOU when someone holds a door for you!! Come on people!

I finally received a riase at my job after 2 years and and 3 months here. Finally a raise!!! Nothing big. But all the same it’s a raise!!

I just got back from lucnh and on my way back to the office I was behind a car with a great bumper sticker. It said “Be Kinder Than Necessary”. What a great bumper sticker!!! That should be everyones motto. Plus, I am kicking myself because I say the most beautiful rainbow on lucnh and did not have my camera with me!! But all rainbows are beautiful!! But the best part of my week happened two days ago. My mother keeps everything and does not like to share in things photos, momentos, etc. Well, she handed me two things the other day that I didn’t even know existed. A letter and a postcard my fater sent to me in 1989 when he was a truck driver. I don’t even remember them. Those two things mean so much to me. When I read the letter I just cried my eyes out. My fathers handwriting, his words, his feelings. Something I remember very little of. My fater passed away a year later when I was 11. Sometimes I feel like I don’t know the man I miss and love so much and by her giving me those letters. Well it helps a open wound. I just love it.
