My Goal 3 years ago

I am going to define how I consider this goal done. I am going to establish a habit of doing exercises including running and weight training. I am going to exercise at least 5 times week, and continue for at least 2 months before I mark the goal as completed. I will start an exercise routine in 2 weeks (2006/122/18).
