I sprained my ankle in March and it’s been a long road to complete recovery. I played in an ultimate tourney this weekend, which was good, but the ankle isn’t happy today. An injured ankle prevents me from jogging and other high-impact cardio workouts. I hope it fully heals soon.

I’ve started running again and have done so three times this week. Last night it was about three miles. That’s a good start (now keep it up, dummy!)
When I worked in New York, it was easy to exercise regularly. I exercised through my lunch break and returned to work refreshed in the afternoon. At school, however, I find that I have no set routine – the needs of each class force me to have a flexible schedule. I’m going to try to run, lift, or do yoga at least three times a week.
