I am so inflexible! 3 years ago

I used to do serious, 90 minute yoga every Thursday. It kicked my ass, but I got strong and flexible.

It’s been a long time. My muscles are NOT flexible. A 30 minute yoga session with intensity hurts. A lot.

This is why I need to practice more frequently!
