Good so far 16 months ago

today has been good so far. I woke up and ate a homemade italian meal and after i ran/walked a mile. It really didnt take to long to complete. Plus i am going swimming too and i know that burns alot of calories. BUT i have a BBQ at pitt greensburg tonight so i dont know how the rest of the night will go. And i start classes tomorrow (UGH). I really do hate school at 8:30am. If it started at like 2pm then it would be okay. lol



Shit day again 16 months ago

I guess i am not ready to lose weight because i keep fucking up on my diet. Seriously like, i cant even have one good day when it comes to my diet.
Last night i went on a binge and fucked up my whole week/day/confidence. I was doing so good yesterday until like 9pm when i was at a friends house. My friend pretty much binged tooooo.
I dont know now anymore because i am probably gaining weight rather than losing it. I kinda knew it though. I need some support and i need serious help because it seems as though cant do it on my own yet.

Well my plan for today was totally fucked up but i did some of those things….BUTTTTT i did stick to my diet which is VERY important

Well i realize that i need to do something about my weight. Right now i am 17 years old, 5’7 and 245lbs. I know that im overweight and i know that i should have stopped my weight gain but it just went out of controll.
I would like to get to 150lbs at my lowest. I know that its a very far away goal but it could happen if i try and stay consistant.
But, looking ahead to tomorrow i would like to try very hard tomorrow to work out, eat healthy and be consistant.

If i lose just one or two pounds per week then in one year i can be 50 to 100lbs less. But i know it will go slower than that.

My goal schedule is:

8:30am Wake up
9:00am Walk/work out
10:00am Go to store and purchase groceries
10:45am Make lunch
11:30am Eat lunch
12:00pm Straighten up room
2:00pm Snack
2:30pm Relax
4:00pm Get ready to leave
5:00pm Leave

I know that if i keep myself busy then i am less likely to sit down and eat 1000 calories of food in one sitting. I really want to do this and i dont want to gain more weight. I will record my weight and hopefully i will get some positive feedback!!
