i biked over to lake underhill
and did the exercise park.
i jogged the entire time between each exercise.
80 minutes.
highlights:
40 push ups
10 chin ups
32 sit ups
16 side sit ups (Each side)
i biked over to the post office to mail a textbook i sold on half.com
and then i biked for 40 minutes.
up to curry ford road.
i went swimming for 20 minutes.
i was in the water for longer but i did more lounging on the floaty than swimming.
BIKING!
45 minutes.
vigorous.
approximately 7 miles.
i realized today in the shower how thin my thighs have gotten since i’ve started this biking/exercise regimen.
i biked for an hour
i got lost in baldwin park
and was about a mile and a half farther than i had intended to go.
oh well.
it was about 9 miles.
i biked for 40 minutes
about 7 miles.
i saw jodi and sasha in jodi’s car on the way home and sasha gave me a piece of candy
then i ripped my earphones apart accidentally. so i had to suffer in silence on the last quarter mile home.
fortunately i have another pair.
my weight in pounds for the week.

I plan to go biking today and maybe swimming.
sarah picked me up for lunch.
and we decided to bike to her opera rehearsal.
so she dropped me back off at my house and i went to her house.
2.0 miles
and then we biked to the opera place
about 2.7 miles.
where i dropped her off and got some water
we stood around talking for 10 minutes.
then i left where i biked up to bumby and virginia
then back home. about 4.1 miles
it took about an hour but it’s hard to gauge exactly how long because i wasn’t really biking while waiting for her to get her bike at her place and at the opera house obviously no biking.
this morning i weighed myself and i was down to 180.4.
that’s 10 pounds in 6-7 weeks!

i took two days off
today i just got back from a 30 minute bike ride.
about 5-6 miles
i am down to 182lbs
i’ve been charting my weight every morning like polarbeer.
and in a few weeks
i’ll share my charts with you as well.
