Quit Smoking

like a frog… or a man, either one! Its horrible :( I am sick too but I dont think this helps and i kinda have a cough. Could be bronchitis? I dunno. Really havent been smokin as much as I usually do though.I think the rasp is sexy… i even changed the message on my phone so I could hear my rasp whenever I felt unsexy :)

so I am still smoking and its been a while since i put this on here, hmpf? well that is no good, I need to work on it

Okay so I am not really an avid smoker and this is the only way I know how to explain myself… My first year of college I dated someone who smoked and never smoked when I was with him but when he left me, he also left a pack of ciggarettes :\ sooo I grabbed them and smoked every single one, I was crushed. Then I just continued to smoke until I found someone else that made me feel like I did when I was with the previous boyfriend…. I just stopped uncontiously never bought another pack, well history repeats itself and he left also… and I picked the nasty habit back up. It is just where I retreat when I am lost and confused, it seems to comfort me. But I dont want comfort from something that is going to destroy my life or future relationships… I mean it is one everyfew days but I dont want it to be any—at all. It is like once you start you never stop because anything can trigger you wanting it. It is unfortunate, I have stopped for extended periods of time but one sharp turn down just makes me break completly…so wish me luck!
