My body is very important to me…it’s the only thing I have in life that will always be with me until I die…and I haven’t been treating it like so. I want to not only eat much healthier [I’ve started a little], but I want to learn exercises I can do everyday to make me healthier..not only in BMI & weight but in blood pressure, energy, lung endurance…etc. And it’s good for your mental health as well! I want to be a mom someday, and I want to be around to be able to play with my future grandchildren. To do so, I have to start taking care of myself now…and I am! :}
