6.61 pounds to be exact. It does not feel good. Not good at all. I feel sad and almost as if I was letting myself down. I got a new diet since yesterday, I hope it works.

I’ve got to admit that I have lost motivation. Now that I do not feel as tired, I think that I will have to work out the 2 hours that I did before getting off track. And I will get back on track! Oh yes! So, as of tomorrow, or maybe a few hours (since I just programmed my alarm at 5.40 am and it is now 1.40) I’ll go to the gym and really take advantage of the month I am paying! Yay for me!
With exercise and diet, I did it.
I am now ready to lose my other 14 pounds!!! I’m surprised!!!
But today, I got the scale, weighed myself and boom. Dropped 8.81 pounds….yay!!!
I really give everyone a round of applause for trying and for cheering me. I will keep cheering you, I know the weight battle is not easy but together we can make it work!
Drink a lot of water and what I am doing right now is that I only eat 3 times a day. I don’t snack, I do not do well with me getting rid of carbs. I saw one time on the Biggest Loser that you should:
1. Eat carbs, that is where you get your energy from.
2. Do exercise with something on your stomach. Do not do exercise on an empty stomach.
3. Do weights. Lifting a few pounds will help you a lot!
I’m on a diet, and will start to run tomorrow. I have a gym membership! I might as well just use it!!! Damn it. Starting tomorrow, I do not care if it is a Wednesday and the week has begun, I am going to do it. I will!
