move to California

Best life decision I ever made. well at least in the top 5. I like San Francisco more than I thought I would. I do miss things about New York though. Like good pizza. And the subway. And crappy coffee cart coffee. I am going insane without it.

I have picked out some possible move dates and am having three moving companies come and give me estimates. In another week I should have a definite date set.

Still don’t know where I’ll be living or working yet. Yikes.

Was checking out websites for Bay Area employment agencies. Saw one that looked really good – Kimco.

Also looking for inexpensive housing options. anyone out in the bay area have any suggestions for either?

I am packing. And I can’t wait to be there.

if all goes as planned I might be moving there in the summer of 2007! (Since that is where my boyfriend is.)

I am engaged in an online flirtation with someone who lives in San Fran.

How is that for the Universe answering?

This is a someday thing. I need a career that makes me real good money because it is expensive to live there and unlike Manhattan, you NEED a car. But God – I loved it. Everywhere I went I loved it. So step one in a long list of steps: get a better job.
