I found a cheap skateboard on craigslist but the guy never responded to my email. I also looked on yahoo groups for skateboarding groups but I didn’t post. I also found a site of a CA group and want to see if they have any NYC contacts.

But then my friend messed up his knee really bad so I chickened out. But now I really want to learn. Nothing too fancy though. Step one: buy a skateboard.
