how good is the service? appreciate your advice

so all you experience netflixers, please tell me how good the service is. Does it take a long time for them to acknowlege that you’ve returned the movies? are the quality of the DVDs generally good? Anything pro and cons I should consider? Is it worth the money? Thanks a lot.
