find at least one thing each day that makes me happy

in a parking space in the car park…no biggie to most people…but its the first time i’ve tackled a multi-storey car park since i passed my test.

my christmas shopping…a huge weight has been lifted from my shoulders…the same kinda lift i get when an assignment is completed…at last…no need to worry about what to get who, just whether they’ll like it!

showing consideration on the bus. they didn’t get up to offer an elderly person their seat or even give me theirs, but simply pressed the button for me without me asking when they heard i was getting off at the next stop. not many people care about others; people that are ‘just strangers’ to them, so it was nice to see that some people DO care after all.

up and down on a bouncy castle, it doesn’t matter how old you are, how stupid you look or how many times you fall over, you can blame it all on the castle and nobody can accuse you of being immature.

up with an old friend.especially when you’ve really missed them, but your lives have gone different ways and made it near impossible to see each other.

underwear. it’s amazing how much women’s confidence soars when she’s wearing new lingerie.
