Set back or two, but I am still working 18 months ago

Ok, so I lost 20 pounds and I have gained 5 pounds back. I need to loose 20 more lbs. When I do that I am getting a massage.

I am working out at the local Y. I am currently going twice a week, I know I should go more often, however one step at a time. I need to lose this weight and soon. My most difficult time with eating is in the evening.



Things are not going great. 3 years ago

I have an insane addiction to sweets. Ok, so technically it is psycological and not really a biological addiction, but at this point I don’t think it really matters. I did really well for four days then fell off the wagon. I think I need to get back on the wagon. If I can stay away from sweets, that will be have of my battle.

Well one more day down. I did well, I did not have any sweets which by the way is a major accomplishment and I did not eat after dinner although I wanted to sooooo bad. However I am proad of my self I even pack my lunch and breakfast for work tommorow. I also have not had soda in the past two days, not that is an accomplishment for me. Don’t be to impressed though, I just did not want to go to the store or spend the money on soda.

I started eating healthier today. In the past 24 hours I have spoken to three people that either have lost a sigificant amount of weight or are trying to lose. I am almost 300 lbs, this will be my first of hopefully many goals. I am starting with the loosing of 10% of my weight. Right now I am having some serious issues not going to the fridge and finding something to eat. However I am determined not to eat past 8 pm at night. That will still give me three or four hours before I go to bed. I need help with this goal so that I do not give up.
