I’ve been suffering with insomnia for weeks now and I’m starting to feel really exhausted. It takes me hours to get to sleep and then, the odd night when I manage to get to sleep before 2 or 3am, I wake up million times. It’s getting to the point where I get anxious about trying to go to sleep. I might feel really tired at 8 or 9pm, but when it comes time to go to bed, I either panic and am unable to settle down or I’m wide awake. So frustrating.
I’m trying to do all the right things, but it’s not working. I really need 1 good night of sleep to break the cycle. Might visit MiL’s home pharmacy soon if it’s not getting better.
Tomorrow I’ll try to have a relaxing evening, clean the bedroom, change the sheets, eat lettuce, read a book….
