Argh – arm still so sore cannot move. What is going on? I was pretty certain it’s dehydration, but I drank 4l water yesterday…. Maybe it’s the cold? I hope it won’t be sore while running tonight….

All my appointments got cancelled today – 2 clients and lunch with friend – everyone is sick. Must make the most of this unexpected day off.

  • Cuddle the cat who’s just come in from the cold and is v happy to see me. It’s cold this morning so cuddles are good!
  • Get a coffee
  • Write down article ideas
  • Maybe organise closets & wardrobes. Need to declutter a bit. I have so much stuff I never use, so what’s the point in holding onto it?
  • Tescos – don’t forget INK!!
  • Library – look for a cookbook
  • Print out all receipts (if remember ink) and file
  • update cash book
  • Print out materials for marathon article
  • chase deposits – why is it so difficult to get people to pay? Even threatening to give their places away doesn’t seem to work
  • Cook something nice – would like to try something new
  • Clean fridge
  • Tidy kitchen & living room
  • Chill out

Client cancelled so have a day off. Great! It’s mad windy, never seen anything like this. Woke up at 6am to the noise and couldn’t sleep since. I just went to get a coffee and at one point had to hold on to a bin because the wind was so strong!
A friend has a severely broken heart and I promised her I’d bring her dinner tonight so that’s my mission of the day. I’ve also bought her a little present, just some nice shower gels (BOGOF in Boots!) but that’s the type of thing she loves. Looking forward to a girly evening!

Oh, I loooove my new haircut! love love love it. It’s easy, I just get up and go, no need to even brush it, just put on some surf style spray, mess it up and go… so worth every penny! I’ve had bad hair for 2 years so this is a big thing, major relief!

Oh it’s raining – now that’s a surprise… not!
Scales say I’ve dropped half a kilo after my detox. 1/2 kilo?!? What a joke! Oh well…. Can’t be bothered to get upset about it.

What horrible weather we’re having! It’s so windy the cat almost got blown away… at least the rain has stopped and at least my house is dry and warm, feel terrible for all those people who’ve been affected by the floods…

Oh, looks like hubby is coming down with a man flu… sigh. Patience…

Am on day 3 of a 3-day detox and feel great, if a little tired. At least have flushed away the gluten I poisoned myself with on Thursday.

Oh, this is my first full weekend off in months! Never realised weekends are soooo loooong… though it’s great! Shame the weather is so bad…

I am so happy this morning! I’ve been getting terrible chest pains after running in the cold and it was really putting me off running. My doctor gave me an inhaler yesterday and I took it this morning before running and got absolutely no pains. So happy! I still have to go to few tests, but it seems to be exercise induced asthma and the inhaler seems to fix it. It’s apparently this climate, my body just doesn’t like it….

Ow ow, my back hurts, should I go for a massage? A bit worried. I have several new clients now so really don’t want it to get any worse. The problem is, I spend my time getting others to do core exercises etc and I’ve just realised that I’ve neglecting myself! I don’t have the energy to do as much yoga as I’d like to and I don’t do my core routine regularly any more. Must do something about that! Also, cold weather, not good… Must keep back warm!

  • client 7am yaaawn! It’s dark at 7am! Nice coming home at 8.30am though, when everyone else is rushing to work, mwahahaa :D
