i cant believe how much better my face has gotten. i mena im still breakign out because of my own habits i havent taken out yet but otherwise it looks great! i stopped wearing as much make-up, washing my face, medicated acne lotion and a mint julep mask (me and my bf do it together lol) and votamins! my skin looks great add the water in there and take out deserts and sugary pop and it looks mazing!

Well I decided since I want to detox my body anyways I would do one for acne! So starting tomorrow i got one week of no pop, sugar,meat,dairy,etc. So basically I will be going on Fish, veggies, fruits, and thts about it for the most part. Cant have butter and all tht stuff and im going to stay away from the carbs. This of course is for just a week. Then afterwards im hoping to simply just add certain things in while keeping certain ones out. Like id love to add back chicken and thts really it for the most part. I am okay wih losing the junk food its good for me=]
Well I was clear my stupid sister loves to eat junk food ad kill her face. Gotta avoid it i did this weekend. My acne is at its worse! I have the medicated stuff going to go back to water and going to look up some all natural stuff hitting this Stuff. Three weeks from now I will post my progress!
Well my acne is soo much better! sadly it came back a month later. I realized my acne was better when I was away from my friend kattie. She doesnt wash her face, drinks tones of pop, etc. She has acne as well you could imagine. So I can not give in to her lifestyle! so far as for pop I tried to drink some and it doesnt evne taste right anymore. I only drink diet and water. I of course have been eatng all this junk food for the past two weeks and my acne came back. So now I must restart this. I already told kattie while she is with me she will follow this plan too. I started again today. No junk food or anyhting and all water. So I will update this I hope every week and post apicture with it.
Well it was getting to the point where i couldnt even wea rmakeup anymore cuz you could see my acne and my skin looked red and I didnt want to leave my house! well I decided I cant let myself get depressed over it and I need to fix it so I got a face wash and gel from the doctor along with some pills I have been tkaing and I use it twice a day the pill once while using a mint julup face mask every day once. I also drink alot of water at least one liter alothough in west virginia ive drinken a little pop but it is soo muhc better i cant even beleave my eyes it was so bad and two weeks later im not even wearing make up!!!!
I think its getting better I just needa lay off pop but mountain dew is so good>.> so ive been looking up tops online and i have perscription stuff and slowly getting outta pop and junk food and I think I should be good.
Well so far it is getting a little better! but not to the point where I can go outside without make-up and feel good. So I am going to use this green face mask three times a week and the medicated face wash and cream along with healthy diet and water!!!!!! tht should do thbe trick. Hopeful tht in a few months this will b e gone
i want to restart tomorrow cuz my acne is worse then when I set this goal. I am tired of procrastinating it does nothing. erg. So tomorrow starts my acne voyage
Acne been getting worse. Sadly its the food and shit I think. So going back to the water starting today. Isnt the best thing and really hurts to part with my mountain dew but I can survive. I am not sure what acne stuff I might use just yet. I have a face mask I can use every week or so. It is the mint one….Im thinking I might get that acnefree shit. That some water and eating healthy will keep my skinclear I think…....We cna hope.
Well today I bought a face mask that is good for acne. I am alos drinking more water. Bought this scrub and stridex pads.
