WW Boards

Started going on again and have joined a couple of challenges and am incharge of keep track of the weights on one so hopefully this will incourage me to lose as you don’t want to post gains every week for people to see.

Weight Watchers Online

Not been logged on in ages so have been on today and find that this really helps I am racing people to get into the 14’s and have joined the summer challenge. Bit of healthy competition

I also bought the mag so will read that to get inspiration.

Pigged Out

Was really bad this weekend so clean slate as of today have my water bottle full and fruit by my side I refuse to go to the shop at lunch I will just buy crap.

So going to start heading out for a walk again at lunch to keep me busy and get some exercise.

Going to get up early tomorrow and do 15 mins on my trampette and get off the bus earlier on the way to work which is another 15 mins to walk to work.

I WILL SUCCEED!!!

PS Any helpful hints would be much appreciated x



Not a great start

Have put on 5 pounds altogether need to get my ass in gear so will start after weekend as have wedding to go to and heading to T in the Park and don’t want to worry about counting points!!



Starting Afresh

Well joined WW in January and lost 2 stone so far would love to loss another two by the end of the year.

I’m not looking for a quick fix and heared the slower you loss it the more likely it is to stay off so will up date each week on how I’m going.

Also, if anyones dieting my advise is to join the WW website and use the message boards they have been a great inspiration for me and are the main reason that I am still doing this.

Good luck anyone who’s in the same boat x
