Tae bo! — 3 months ago
So I tried a one-hour class of tae bo today, and I loved it! Love, love, loved it! This is so the exercise for me. I’m a pretty aggressive person, and I love pretending that I’m punching and kicking an imaginary target in my mind. Also, we change moves every few sets, which is great, as I hate repeating anything too long and I get bored easily. I was a little intimidated by the class description before, but now I’m glad I decided to step out of my aerobics/step/conditioning/dance bubble of gym classes.
Although, ok, I still did half an hour of hip hop and ten minutes on the stationary bike in between classes, but still. Progress.
