Bit slower now.

I’m at around 133 now and I’m not fasting anymore. I stopped around a week ago, when I was at 132, and I gained back a pound, which was expected :)

Now I’ve been slowly increasing my intake and will continue doing for anotehr week, until I’m at around 1300. After that I will stay at that level and also increase my workout times, which should give me a slow but steady weightloss!



Still going strong.

I’m down to 135, and I feel wonderful. The fasting is really doing me good, I’m full of energy, my skin is great and I’m shedding pounds. I’m doing it until January 31st, after that I’ll increase what I eat very slowly for about 2 weeks, so I won’t gain back right away.

And after that it will be the perfect time to finally integrate healthy eating in my normal lifestyle.

I went to McDonalds today to get burgers for my brother and Dad (not for me! haha) and was surprised (positively!) at how I couldn’t care less about the smell there. It wasn’t even very appitizing. I’m much more tempted by veggies and fruit, which (I think) is a good sign.



On the right track...

I’ve finished my first week of fasting (I wanna do one or two weeks more, depending how it goes), and I’d say this week was pretty successful.

I lost 6.8 lbs in one week, which brings me to a weight of 137.7 lbs now. Not so bad I’d say. I hope it continues to go so well.

And I’m already looking forward to seriously improving my eating habits after fasting!



Bad, bad, bad.

Oh wow, things went downhill after summer. Especially during Christmas! I was back up to effing 145 lbs, and I had done so well in summer!

I started fasting 5 days ago, and now I’m at 140. I’m fasting for 2 more weeks, after that I’ll try to eat very healthy and turn up my activity level a notch.



Doing well.

I’ve been pretty good so far. Not perfect, but I’ve eaten very very healthy most of the time, I drank alot of water and I’ve lost almost 4 pounds.

I realized that this is sounding too fast, but I’m not worrying too much since this is still mostly water weight.

But it still motivates me. I’ll just keep going like this and see what happens.



2.5 lbs down.

I lost 2.5 lbs since yesterday. I know that’s just water, because I didn’t eat anything, but it still helps me feel better.

Tonight I will go to a Labour Day Barbecue, and hopefully I’ll be able to control myself. Only grilled chicken and salads for me and I should be fine.



Ugh.

I’ve been so so bad this whole weekend. My friend came over to stay the weekend with me and we seriously ate junkfood every night.

So, now I’ve gained instead of losing weight and I’m so pissed about myself and my lack of self control. I have to be good from now on. I know it will be hard tomorrow, because I’m invited to a Labour Day Barbecue, but I just have to eat grilled chicken and salad and I’ll be fine.

I’m starting with my diet TODAY. Because it’s Sunday and because I hate saying I’m starting tomorrow when I can start right away.



Just a few pounds...

I guess I’m not really fat, but I’ve been carrying these few extra pounds around with me for a while and i just want to get rid of them

There are tons of clothes in my closet that I really really like but they won’t fit me anymore and it’s driving me crazy. Also, I just want to be happy with myself and like the way I am.

In order to achieve my goal I will try to eat healthy, cut down my calories, drink lots of water and get as much exercise as possible. I can do it!
