I’ve been doing stronglifts for a month now, three days a week (haven’t missed a session yet) and think I’m starting to notice some progress now.
Weighed myself about three months ago and I was 84kg (185 lbs) and 23.5% body fat.
But have dropped down to just under 80kg (176 lbs) and down to 22% body fat, which isn’t bad going as I haven’t been perfect diet-wise.
Really enjoying the weights too. Bit embarrassing to start with, as the plan makes you start with quite light weights… but they’ve been steadily increasing in weight each session, so just started to get to something that’s making me work quite hard now.
