Have been out every other day the past week doing the week-1 plan. (3 times so far)
Sort of felt I had to ease myself back into it. I’m also not really designed for running so it’s nice to get into it gradually again.
Am not as completely unfit as I thought, so have been probably jogging more/walking less… and have been out for between 30-40 minutes. (Almost an entire album on my phone)

...the hills there are so crazy. And I’ve been a lazy bugger since I’ve gotten back to the UK. Have been focussed on other priorities. (That’s just an excuse though, right?)
At least I’m doing some cardio stuff again. Badminton is more hardcore than I remember from my childhood. And the tennis ladder is starting at work too! That said, need to dust off the running shoes again!

..am kind of enjoying this getting back into running (considering I don’t think I’m well designed for it). Have run a few one mile jogs this week, which have been pretty easy. Now I’m down in Wellington with some decent hills, so will give that a go.
