I had a sleep study done. They stopped the study midstream. They said that I had twice as many episodes as I needed for the whole night to be classified as having sleep apnea. I started wearing the CPAP machine at night. It looks like I am a ready to be a fighter pilot. It helped at first but lately I have been waking up early in the morning (i.e. between 3am and 5am). I think I have been opening my mouth. I have been looking into a CPAP full mask instead of the nose only mask I have now. I have been using Melatonin. It has been helping some.
