Make new friends

One at a time. That was what I said in my last entry. I did that, almost by accident.

I met one friend and in turn he introduced me to his friends, and befriended them as well. So now I have a few friends and some acquaintances.

Now my goal is to meet one more friend from a different group, so to be diverse, and by that I mean interests wise. And then I plan to befriend their friends and so on.

That’s how. By the way, I started by talking to strangers in the coffee shop.

“Make new friends.” Plural. When does one mark this as done? When do you start accomplishing this?

Here’s an idea. Make 1 friend. If I can make one friend within the next month, then I’d have accomplished this.

So if my excuse was, make 5, 10, 20 friends, now I don’t have it. I’ll start with one.
