I went to the gym early this morning and I feel better than I have in a while. I’m usually so tired on the weekends that I just want to sleep. Today I feel ready to go!

So I went to the gym three days ago and just tonight went again. I really wanted to go more but when I get home I’m always just wiped out. I think I may try to go in the mornings before work or bring my stuff with me to work so I won’t have to go home and even allow my couch to lure me with its comfy cushions!!!
I went to the gym yesterday and worked out a bit. I’m trying to start slowly so as to not overdo it. I felt really good and I am a bit sore today.
After setting this as a mini goal forever ago I finally got a membership at the gym today!!!! What is even more exciting is that I was able to convince my husband to get one too!!! He had been resisting for the longest time and I have no real idea why he changed his mind. I’m just so happy to have finally done this!
I just added “do 100 crunches for 100 days” to my list. I’m going to count it as a mini goal for my overall goal to exercise more. I’m going to go to the gym on Wednesday to get a membership and begin getting back to working out on a regular basis.

I was going to join the gym this summer and I didn’t and I WILL join the gym during the month of September!!!!
COMPLETED!!! Although not in September, but COMPLETED!!!
I am joining a gym!!! I was previously afraid to go to the gym – I donlt know if I thought that everyone was going to laugh at me or what. I was able to break through that fear when I won a free membership for 12 weeks. It was awesome and I felt great! Now that I haven’t been going to the gym for 3 months, I feel all nasty and lazy and I know that I have to make the investment. I start next week!
