read all the books i own and haven't read

My husband is in to Terry Pratchet books and today he just borrowed 5 of them from his dad so that I can read them. This is not a good situation! I must read!!!!!

I was near a Barnes and Noble today and I resisted the temptation to enter, but I had to go back to the area later with my husband and he said “Why don’t we just stop in?” and I was unable to say no! Then, horrors, they had a bunch of books on sale at 50% off and I just couldn’t walk away without a few of them! I did, however, not buy the other two full priced books that I was looking at. So that’s good, right?

All this and no other books finished!!!! I am mentally slapping myself in the wrists!

On vacation I thought that I would have a lot more time to read but all of the other fun got in the way. I did get one book done which was light and beach worthy. I got started on my next one and am hooked!

I’m going on a beachy vacation and since I’m not the water sports kind of chick I will be sitting under my umbrella reading up a storm!!!! Last year I read three books while on vacation. I think I am up for the challenge!

I have been rereading a book that I really love but I feel really guilty having so many other books on the shelves that I haven’t even looked at properly. They’re so pretty and new and begging to be read!! I will have to work on this goal!
