Pre sickness I did accomplish days 10 and 11. I have yet to get back to working on this post sickness. That’s why I’m lucky that tomorrow is another day!

Woohoo! Me doing physical activity on the weekend? Craziness!!! Another day bites the dust!
Done for today! I really felt it yesterday. I brought out my dusty ab lounge and it really did work my abs more than my regular crunches. It’s nice to finally be using a piece of equiptment that was just sitting around for the longest time!
Done and feeling good! Doing this right after I get up has helped me to feel more awake and ready to go!
I had a bit of a stumble getting started with this because I had a case of the cramps pretty bad (sorry if this is too much info). So I thought about how I can get this done on a daily basis and decided that this is a good wake up in the morning thing.
So this morning I did my 100 and even stretched a bit. Yippie!
So, I need to lose weight. To do that I need to exercise. Me just saying to myself “exercise more” hasn’t seemed to do too much so I am adding this sub goal or mini goal to my overall goal to exercise more.
I haven’t worked out regularly in about 6 months and today I did 50 crunches. I feel pretty good about that because actually doing something is so much better than the nothing that I have been doing. I feel really good about this!
