wants me to purchase this 198-something huge passagner van.
Oh, but is it sweet, lol. All carpet and free standing drink holders, curtained windows, seats that swivel and lay down into a bed.
Pimp shit.
It would be cool for toting the daycare kids around should I so choose but it has some issues with the steering column and whatever other issues come with a twenty something year old car.
He said he’d take payments.

on the station wagon.
While it was crazy, big, funky and in pretty good shape, I decided no to take my chances with a 22 year old car.
Keep looking….

No heater in the little car. He said he’d fix it and I could call back in a few days but I have a bad feeling about the car, even if it is cheap I don’t wanna get totally screwed.
I sent an email about another vehicle tonight.
Hoping.

to look at a cheap-o car tomorrow. Yay! If it runs and there is nothing seriously wrong with it, I’m taking it.
I still have to take care of license fees and plates, insurance etc but once this goal is out of the way I really feel like I can move forward with a ton of other things.

I should have enough for a clunker by the end of October. :) plus reinstatement fees, licensing fees, insurance, etc.

I’ll have a couple hundred at most saved by the end of september and I don’t want to take on any more clients until I see how it’s going to go with the new baby and/or until I am licensed and legally able to take more and/or until I have someone to help me.
HELP ME! lol

to save every penny. Most likely I won’t have food stamps this month so I’ll have to feed us and the day care children. Also he is moving out (whenever, no later than the first I say.) Nothing else extra for the kiddos until I have a car. I have to save EVERY PENNY. I sure hope I get this other family, soon would be great. Even at that rate, it would take me a few months to save enough for a decent used junker plus insurance, title, license reinstatement, defensive driving, etc. Thank goodness I work at home but am only worried about grocery, dr. appts and getting baby girl back and forth from wherever he goes. Friends and family are not too reliable a resource just in terms of their being busy and unavailable, etc. cabs can be for emergency or even city bus but gotta save all I can.
