I want a yard

I have 2 boys, am recently separated, living in a 2 bdrm townhouse. It will be easy to maintain and is totally fine for the short term. The boys are 8 and 5 and are fine with sharing a bedroom. They are TROOPERS! And this is an adventure to them. I have made it so.

Still, I want to give them their own room, a yard to play in, a place to truly call a home. And I want to do it ALL ON MY OWN.

First – I have to get my name off the other mortgage. All in good time.
