It was wonderful! No alcohol, caffeine, sugar; just good wholesome foods. I lost weight and my blood disorder got better. I fell off the wagon with influential friends, but I need to be stronger than that.

I’m not going to mark this complete until I do a full detox or master cleanse, but I’m 28 days alcohol free. I’m on an antibiotic right now for a sinus headache, but no other pills. I’m also going to cut out all beverages but water.
No alcohol, no caffiene, no soda, no anything. I want to actually take care of my body from now on. I’ve been 100% clean for 4 days now.
