I used to do this a lot. I have worked from home for the past 15 years so it has never been an issue. In fact even when I was at work, I worked by the piece so a 2 hour nap was just fine.
I did discover that the naps at work were actually the result of an MSG allergy. My heart would start racing after lunch and I felt compelled to sleep to calm it. After asking the local burger place to not put seasoning salt on the patty, the problem was solved.
But now, no work, no burgers and no naps. I miss naps. I like the other worldly grogginess you have when you first get up.
