bad experience 3 years ago

I tried it numerous times and once “succeeded” with a friend. but something seemed to go wrong and i felt really weird. i felt like i was rushing backwards on a roller coaster. i almost thought i’d become stuck in my astral body (which i’ve read can happen!!) but…well, here i am. not stuck. i’d like to really achieve it again and not have a funny experience.
