I’m doing this now, but not consistently. I get up at 6 a couple times a week but forcefully so because I have school. On the days I don’t have class, I actually do wake up early in order to extend my day and get more done.
Butttt sometimes I wake up, eat breakfast, get a start on things, and end up falling back asleep 2 hours later. Plus, even though 6 AM sounds early, it’s actually a little late because it only allows just enough time to eat and get ready before I need to run out the door. Perhaps this doesn’t need to be a daily thing.
