Clear all mail and create a filing system

I have 3 personal e-mail accounts, one work one, work letters and personal letters. I ought to be able to bite the bullet, pare them all down and then have a system whereby I clear them at the end of every day. That’s the theory…don’t ask me why I have so many e-mail accounts in the first place!

Well yesterday I sorted through my main gmail account, and deleted another one. So I am halfway through my 4 gmail accounts!

I also want to create a database for my job search so that I can apply some kind or order and method and not confuse myself with a scattergun approach.

I have to get on top of the following:

1)Physical filing system for letters, bank statements etc
2)G mail accounts x 4!
3) Yahoo account
4) Facebook account
5) LinkedIn account

and then stay on top! Life is much easier when you are organised!
