What makes someone a photographer? 11 months ago

I was thinking about this today… is it someone who takes photos all the time, who lives and breathes photography, who sincerely enjoys making art?

Or is it someone that works as a photographer? You know, gets paid to take photos for a magazine or a company or whatever.

If its the former, than I think I’ve been a photographer for awhile now. If it’s the latter, well, I’ve got a long way to go.
