I never remember to do this.

I have a bottle of vitamins I bought months ago and I think I’ve taken two of them. I’m going to have to enlist a buddy system to help with this one. Maybe I’ll get one of those weekly pill boxes and leave it out on the kitchen counter too, filling it with a pill for each day.
