I want to start jogging again…I used to do it every day in the morning. Then I just got in a rut…and quit. I remember being so energized thru out the day when I jogged. So I would like to get back into that again. I know I can’t just start jogging, so I am going to start off by going for walk’s and work up to jogging. :) Yay for me!
