Having breakfast 6 months ago

Oh.. Looking back at this list.. Its already 5 months since my last entry..

I have started having breakfast. Which is good. I kind of has lost a little tummy now.

Need to get back on that routine exercise. – Planning to join bollywood dance classes tomorrow.

I have started being lazy. Now I have stopped taking push ups.



I can already see 4 packs 12 months ago

Hmm.. Started with the pull ups and stomach crunches once in 3 days. Now the packs are more visible !!!!



Getting Lazier 14 months ago

1. I missed doing this for 2 days.
2. They were extremely busy days, should have done it in the morning itself.
3. I will add around 20 sit-ups along with my 20 push-ups.
Note to self: Finish this before reaching office.

Having Issues.
1. Last week I went out for 6 treats.
2. I need to burn it – Eat lesser this week.
3. Try going for walk – Probably can mix it with the Rosary..

the 20 push up thing is still going strong.
Now I take 2 sets 1. 20 push ups and 2. 10 push ups.
My stomach is getting flatter and i can already see 2 packs :-)

Regularly take pushups everyday depending on your limit.
I take 20 now.

Be careful in eating.

If you want to eat X amount of food. Take just X/2.

This will remove the unwanted fat.
