It seems like around 152-153 is one of those weights that I get stuck at. Since opening this goal I haven’t really lost much at all. So maybe my October 1 goal isn’t at reasonable as I thought it was (but I’m not sure how to get rid of my challenge or reword it without just giving up). On the other hand I feel like I am eating better and mostly exercising more (except last week when I was sick), so hopefully once I get past this weight I’ll continue down at the rate I was losing weight before.

I should ultimately weight less than 140 but for now it is a good stepping stone on the way down. I’ve managed to loose 7 pounds in that last 3-4 weeks (not exactly sure when the last time I was on a scale before a couple day ago was) by thinking more about what I’m eating and not bingeing when I’m bored and stopping when I’m full. That has helped me to regain my motivation to continue this trend and add in more exercise to my daily routine. My challenge for this goal is to weigh 140 by Oct 1, which works out to losing less than 2 lbs per week…totally doable I hope.
